About Us
Absolute Storage Units was first opened in January 2004 by my wife and I, Jo and Peter Studer, at 25 Sunshine Ave, Hamilton.
With demand for storage outweighing supply, we opened a second branch just south of Ngaruawahia in March 2006.
At about this time, Waihi Storage Sheds in Waihi Township, consisting of 21 6x3m units, was added to the business.
We pride ourselves on our service and have nothing but positive feedback from our many previous customers.
Why store with us
A good question. Here’s why:
After being in business for 7 years we’ve learnt a thing or two along the way. What sticks out and is the foremost important thing to us has been in which the way our storage units have stood up to the rigours of people moving heavy furniture in and out, banging up against walls etc and that ever increasing thought about moisture damage as we all know how wet and damp the Waikato can be.
It is so nice to hear the comments of happy customers, certainly those that have had their items in storage for 2 or 3 years and the removal companies that handle furniture all the time, say how good a condition their gear is after that length of time. It certainly puts our minds at rest and realise this is our biggest point of difference than some of our competitors.

#25 Sunshine Ave, 100m down Sunshine Ave on the left hand side.
The second branch is at #52 Sunshine Ave, 400m down Sunshine Ave, next to Daytona Raceway on the right hand side.
Our Ngaruawahia branch is located just as you come into Ngaruawahia at the 70km/h sign on the left hand side heading north.
Our Waihi branch is on Mueller Street by the Fire Station in central Waihi township.
